Leafs @ Sabres - Nov. 29th, 7:30pm - LeafsTV, TSN 1050

Fraser with 8 blocked shots.  Kadri with 4 hits and 75% on the face-offs.
Gardiner +2. Clarkson with a shot, nothing else. Reimer .897

I don't get Randy's love affair with McClement. He's done nothing this year. Kulemin, on the other hand, looks good and should be getting more minutes. I'd like to see him play with Kadri.

I'd also like to see Randy fired. This team is rutted and needs a fresh outlook badly.

Every team beats the snot out of Buffalo. The Leafs have given them a third of their wins. This team can stuff it.

2 of the 3 games the Sabres have won in regulation or OT have been against the Leafs. They've only beaten one other team without having it go to a shootout.

Ranger should not have got a call in the last two mins of a game. But Smith should of been gone about 30 seconds earlier. Leafs are just not getting the calls. Last game Malikin throws the goalie in the net and then scores.  I am not throwing anyone under the bus tonight, but our PK needs some serious help..

Mclement should of been on during the first minute of the over time. Just saying

The diving pokecheck on JVR was definitely not a penalty. Puck first, all the way. Great play.

Unfortunate though.

Hit the puck with a stick yes, slide tackling someone from behind yes.

Carlyle says "the breaks" haven't gone the Leafs way.  That's not it by a mile.

Defence is brutal. As for offence it has no sustained pressure. Been relying on goaltending and opportune goals. Now that goaltending is showing cracks, the "breaks" excuse springs out.

So Kessel's not on the bench to start the 3rd and Orr took his spot?  Too funny.

I didn't really watch tonight's game, but I did turn it on just in time to see that and turned it back off immediately. I'm guessing Kessel's fine, just a maintenance thing?

Yeah he came back out, that was just for the first shift of the 3rd.

In 3 games Smith went from being a healthy scratch to a 4th liner who was stapled to the bench in the 3rd period to 5th among forwards in EV ice-time.

He hit the puck about the same time he took out his legs, which would not make it first.

Carlyle thought it should have been a penalty shot.  Called it a "missed call".

So the question is, will Carlyle sit Ranger and his two holding calls or will it simply be Holland who has to rot on the bench after his one infraction?
