That first game against Tampa on Amazon has been my favorite all season, plus the OT win against the Oilers.

But this stretch of three wins is the best group of wins of the season. The Leafs showed lots of character to get these wins after a skid, with contribution up and down the roster, and except for one bad period with MTL, these were three solid performances against competitive squads in NJ, hot MTL and Tampa.

I just have to restrain myself from getting too giddy mid-season, and dreaming 'this year is going to be different!!'

Fundamentally, I respect the play of this team over prior seasons.
