Morrow to Pittsburgh

I like this for the Pens.  Unfortunately in the grand scheme of things he isn't a goalie, soooooo there's still that problem for them.

How many teams do you think there are that the Pens would be worried about the team vs team combined with goalie vs goalie?  How many teams do you think can outplay the Pens and have better goaltending. I am not sure there are any?  And how far down the list do you think Pen's goaltending ranks?

It literally happened last playoffs?  Their team is more or less the same, Vokoun is a better back up than they had but he hasn't been great.

It can happen at any time to any team but the point I am trying to make is that the Pens have a very good team and an above average goalie.  Is he the best, no, but he is definately good enough for this team to win if they play to their potential.  They got beat last year by an inferior team with a wacko sieve in net and we want to blame that completely on Fleury??

Above average is being pretty generous to Fleury. His numbers are decidedly middle of the pack and have been for most of his career.

When you rock an .834 SV%? Yes.  He hasn't had a SV% above .900 in the playoffs since 2009.
