Penguins vs. Maple Leafs - Nov. 25th, 7:00pm - SN, TSN 1050

Good shift from Marner. Good goal by Knies

No over thinking it, Marner just throws it on the pads for the open look

The penguins don't put the 4th line out after a goal against.

I mean Keefe didn't either.  For some reason he does that when Reaves is in the lineup though.  It's perplexing

They hadn't re-started after the penguins goal when I posted that, I was referring to Keefe's tendency to do that when we are scored on.

Our defense isn't good but it's also a big problem that they also provide very little offense.

Knies!

I was just referencing that he was doing it all the time when Reaves was in the lineup but didn't really do it in Sweden.  I don't know why Reaves being in the lineup had him doing it but he doesn't when we have competent players on the line

This is fun pond hockey but a decent reminder that neither team is very good defensively

It's a weird thing...don't know why he did that either.

I didn't notice that in the sweden games. Strange indeed.

Kinda hoped it was him turning the corner and simplifying his game to build up confidence, but nope! It?s good guy Calle doing trustworthy hockey as usual

The Leafs wasted 20 seconds making a line change on the powerplay.  How is an NHL this bad at line changes

Jarnkrok and Knies the most dangerous guys so far.  PP2 > PP1

Staple the first unit to the bench especially Marner. I'd start the second unit next time.

I agree with you on this one.  That would be a nice little boot to the booty.
