Not close. He's still got 20pts in this his 19th game but he's not confident right now and he's killing Matthews and Knies. I'm sure he'll get it going but ya gotta change it up.

They are giving it a better go in the 3rd but they look like the team on the back end of the B2B.
 
The Leafs dump the puck in way too much for a team that is losing a lot of puck battles.  A big chunk of this period has been the Leafs dumping it in and Pittsburgh immediately clearing the zone

Pitt in same boat. Leafs have been good in the 3rd. A bit unlucky but like the effort.
 
Nylanders stick knocked out of his hands.  Leafs getting tackled in front of the net.  Refs are corrupt

I think part of it is because they are behind. Common theme with this team play hard when they are down. No idea why you don't push from the get go.
 
Blew leads in both road games.  I'll say it again, their none-too-stellar record flatters them.  They have pulled a lot of points out of their collective heinekins.
