He's talking the Boston penalty. And the one on McCabe was cheap. A crosscheck is a crosscheck and Matthews got 2 on the PP with no call. Call them all or don't call any.

I think they get daily memos reminding to not be consistent.
 
The vast majority of Robertson shots on net are not handled cleanly. If his linemates can get in on a rebound lane when he gets a look we can grease some in.
