R1G4: Bruins @ Leafs - May 8th, 7:00pm - CBC, Fan 590

well..we lasted longer than the canucks...so there's that!

....and that works for me with my friend from Victoria who endlessly boasts about his Canucks being better than the Leafs.

Liles and Hamilton remain on the ice, simply getting extra work. Lineup changes unlikely to surface until pre-game warmup.
per Jonas Siegel.

I guess that means Macarthur checks back in, but O'Byrne stays in the lineup? :S

I'd like to see MacArthur in there over Hamilton. As for Liles, I think it's simply a matter of him or Gardiner, and after the last game, no way Gardiner comes out again.

Didn't think the Leafs played that badly last game, they just made 3 GLARING giveaways/mistakes that directly led to goals against.  As such, I think we gifted Boston that game more than they earned the win - although you could argue they forced the Leafs into those.

Regardless, I think the Leafs can take this one, and to everyone's surprise I'm sure - I hope the Leafs win!

I saw this thread and recalled how I had to listen to Healy fawn all over the Bruins yesterday. Ugh.

Just win!

I'm predicting MacArthur with 2 goals tonight.  I think you're going to see a very fiery winger who doesn't want to sit again.  He's got something to prove and this is a great time to do it.

Leafs 4-2 winners and Boston with less than 30 SOG.  :-X

Ugh, too bad O'Burn is staying in; hopefully he can play a decent game and not cost the team too badly.

GO LEAFS GO!

Huge game tonight, a loss would be tough to swallow, a win would be incredible!

Let's hope Kessel can score a couple tonight and Kadri gets back on track. Lupul should feel free to pot at least one. Can't wait for this one to start.

Yeah, I can't see how O'Byrne is an upgrade on Komisarek (as far as a big defenceman goes)

I would be quite happy to see

Phaneuf Gunnar
Gardiner Franson
Liles Fraser

as the D.

Fraser is bad enough as it is. Don't need him playing his weak side.

Hello out there, we're on the air, it's 'Hockey Night' tonight.
Tension grows, the whistle blows, and the puck goes down the ice.
The goalie jumps, and the players bump, and the fans all go insane.
Someone roars, "LUPUL SCORES!", at the good ol' Hockey Game.

What we got here is a game of cosmic dimensions that calls for a commensurate effort by our cast of heroes.
