Hard to argue anything other than a complete overhaul of the forwards.
They’re just too easy to defend. The only guys that have produced in these type of games are Matthews and Nylander. Teams can just focus on them knowing the rest of the guys can’t adapt. They just keep looking for those two over and over - and not particularly quickly, either.
 
The most interesting thing remaining in this season is the reveal of whatever injury he has. At least we'd better hope that he's injured.
It's going to be fascinating, assuming they actually say what it is. He can still take and win faceoffs, seems to be able to handle some contact along the boards, but just cannot handle the puck or get shots off. And when he does, they're easy stops or off target.

Once he started whining to the refs about calls not going his way in game 3, it was clear his contributions to this series were not going to be by being involved in Leaf goals.
