Did anyone else thing Matthews celebrated a bit too hard on his first goal? Did he celebrate like that when goat scored?  I?m worried he?s a bit of a selfish a$$hole.

No.

Is there a .gif of Barrie stopping up and breaking a guy's ankles from yesterday? Man that was spectacular.

I wouldn't be so quick to say that. By most accounts, he's a pretty risky player. That "breaking ankles" clip above is a good example; it could have gone very wrong because he had no support behind him.

Your probably right but I can't see him having a melt down night like Gardiner had in Boston playoffs two years back.

Who (nearly) died to prevent the hat trick?
Brannstrom?

Full cage is the way to go forever.

Great that Brannstrom's not hurt worse.

I think we've seen the last of Babcock putting Matthews out there to pad his totals.  Try to curl and drag it into the net like that was just needlessly risky.

reminds me of Berard all those years ago... I think I threw up watching that.

I still remember it vividly.  Horrible.

As for Brannstrom, he was lucky.  Thank goodness for that.
