I'd be very surprised if he's an everyday NHL defenceman next season. Unless of course the Leafs re-sign him, which could definitely happen.

If Carlyle's still the coach going into free agency, definitely a possibility. If Carlyle gets fired before the season ends, Fraser will no longer be an NHL defenceman this season.
