Yessir on all counts.  Matthews also was good defensively, as the TV pointed out.

Oh yeah and Hainsey with the 2 assists.

Edit: changed my HM to Hainsey. Quietly getting it done and getting some nice points for it tonight.
Why not Matthews? Initially, I was keyed onto all those turnover he generated with strong stick lifts, as highlighted by the Sportsnet crew. But then I looked at the numbers and they tell exactly why Matthews had to recover the puck on the backcheck so often.

Also, I was hard on Polak in the 1st, but he was dependable the rest of the way and was able to absorb a lot of the forechecking attention from LA while keeping the puck moving.
