A golf thread per se obviously doesn't excite too many since there isn't one.  Thought I'd put the info here instead.

Odd topic choice aside, it really is nice to see.  She would be 14th on the LPGA tour money list but is still an amateur.

She turned pro back in December.

Sport I should clarify that the LPGA still views her as an amateur because they declined her petition to waive the age requirement.  So a professional in golf as a whole but still viewed as an amateur on the LPGA although she has clinched her tour card for next year and gets to skip Q-school.

The LPGA tour didn't view her as a member, but she was still a professional as she has won $660k.  Moot point now as the LPGA granted her membership as of today.
