Tim Connolly is a good player

Connolly is a little strange.. I found him to be great when he first came in.. great vision, great playmaking, awesome passing, etc. he put the puck in places where people could score.. where it wasn't expected.. the kind of plays Buffalo used to own us with!
Lately he hasn't been doing any of those things. I don't think we can get much for him so it's probably best to keep him. He's been playing pretty bad lately.. but sometimes he comes up with ridiculous plays.. If he can get consistent he would be so awesome. The guy has the hockey smarts to be amazing..

Why has he not been tossed to the press box.

You already paying Komisarek 5.5 million dollars to sit in the press box, Armstrong at 3 million was recently scratched too. If you add another 4.75 million in Connoly then that just makes Burke look bad. Paying 12 million dollars for guys not to play. Burke has too big of an ego to make himself look inept.
