Wow, 2 shots on net for Canada in the 3rd? Brutal.

they been killin' effin' penalties all game??..this reffing is *almost* as bad as Kerry effin' Fraser?.

In the 3rd? Yeah, not really. You can't blame the refs for Canada's no-show in the final period.

true enough?? hard to come back from ridiculous misconducts.

well at least I can sleep in tomorrow now, cause I just don't care anymore??.

Canada was the 2nd best team in this game. The misconducts didn't help, but, they had a lot of time to get things going before them, and couldn't muster much of anything.

This is nothing more than a collapse by Canada, and I know some don't care for Domi but, since he wasn't invited to the Prospect Camp:  31 points in 12 games.    They didn't have a lot of trouble scoring prior to this game though.

so agree with this

Don't think he wouldn't have made any difference. Can't stand the little twerp (you're right, some don't care for him    ;D  ). Like father, like son.

Canada took the wrong Connor, the Leafs prospect Connor Brown would have won this game. ;-)

3-I 5-1Finland.  This Semi-final loss pits Canada in the Bronze medal game against Russia, 2-I overtime losers to Team Sweden.

Canadians seemed largely ' unprepared' for a Finnish team that oozed discipline and plenty of speedy opportunities in downing the undisciplined Canadians.  A series of
questionable calls by the officiating didn' help, but then
excuses don't either.

Jonathan Drouin:
"We didn?t play our game," he said. "They
deserved to win. We got beat."

Captain Scott Laughton:
"Everything from penalties to neutral zone play to
turnovers, we just got beat fair and square," team captain
Scott Laughton said. "It?s not like we deserved to win."

"It?s a game less than 24 hours later and you?ve got to do your
country proud," added Laughton. "It?s tough we?re not playing
for the gold, but we?re still looking to get a medal and get back on track."

Bronze medal game is tomorrow,

Fixed.

Finally Canada's on board!  Goal by Josh Morrissey.  Score is now 2-1 Russia.  Less than 12 minutes in the third period left.

C'mon Canada, you can do it!

Canada gets a gift with the 3rd too many men call against Russia. Then they squander the PP by just passing the puck around the outside. Too much looking for the perfect shot.

I've only watched for about 10 minutes, and they've passed the puck into a sea of Russian players like 5 times, losing the puck every time...  I've also seen a ton of lackadaisical players.... only down by 1 and some guys have already given up...
