Game 5 would be Friday, so that tracks as that would be 6 days between starts for Gausman.

Smart move putting Yesavage in the 2-spot home start.

Every team in the playoffs is training and warming up off the Trajekt ARC system, which is only available to them at home. Yesavage has so few starts there isn’t complete data on him yet.

The Yankees will be swinging more comfortably at home, but will have to contend with a wider array of pitches from Bieber. If he can go deep (7ish innings) that will shelter the middle arms and put the Jays in solid position to close out the series.

After pulling Yesavage at 5.1IP I'm almost going to guarantee that we see Yesavage in a relief appearance in Game 4. Gausman is scheduled to be the Game 5 starter at this point.
