4 Pittsburgh Penguins vs 5 Philadelphia Flyers

I am a little disappointed in Malkin, who has been mostly ineffective tonight. He needs to score the winner for the Pens to make up for it.

The Flyers have Sean Couturier to thank for that. Couturier will be out there trying to shut him down whenever Malkin is on the ice. If not the kid will be up against Crosby. Watch him when he is on the ice, what a steal he was.  Schenn is another kid that is really great.

The Briere offsides is what it is, refs miss calls all the time just like missed icing call that led to the Pens call right before that (even though Coburn should have kept playing).

Flyers earn full marks for that win. They never quit, and Bryz played exceptionally well after a shaky first period.

I understand that the offside is what it is, and at full speed it probably looked a lot closer than in did on the replay (where it showed him offside by a foot - that seems like a call that shouldn't be missed at that level). Even if that goal doesn't go in, I suspect that the Flyers would have kept the pressure on and perhaps the last couple minutes of the game are played a little differently.

Giroux has completely dominated this game.

Pens don't deserve to win anyway. Up 3-0 and 2-0 in Games 1 and 2, respectively......at home...and you blow those leads?

Fleury hasn't been very good so far this series.

Really, outside of the year the Pens lost in the Finals, Fleury has only been okay to bad in the playoffs throughout his career.

Honestly, right now, how many of you would trade Sean Couturier for Jeff Carter straight up?

I'm so sad the leafs will not compete talent-wise with these teams for the next decade.

Why can't we just get rid of the cap?

Looks like the Penguins are gonna die by the sword. They are all offense, but can't defend.
Philly is outscoring Malkin, and Crosby/Letang and co.

Soft defense.
