He hasn't been good for weeks now. Keefe trying to get both him and JT going and truthfully it isn't working.

He's played a lot of really, really good hockey through most of the year, but the lack of effort at times of late is disconcerting. Maybe a bit of load management wouldn't be the worst idea.

Yeah it was just the first pinch.  He hustled back and pushed him low.  Definitely a puck that should be stopped

I think Nylander self-manages his load, which is to say, he doesn't go full bore over the whole season.  Which is fine when you are as skilled as he is.  The concern is whether he can turn on the spigot when the post-season comes around.

This is accurate. He?s usually running at 50-70% and turns it on in the OZ. He?s our leading scorer in the playoffs, isn?t he?
