Petan has been smartly skating through hands and sticks on his forechecks against larger players. Generates a decent chance and good field position here for the bigger guns.
 
Solid period. Leafs look like the better team so far. Will be interesting to see if they can keep it up.
 
Kind of interested to see if St. Louis can keep it up to be honest. This is uncomfortably fast.
 
How is that a penalty?  That is just a ref making a call because a guy fell.  You can?t get that wrong when it is so obviously wrong.

No.  Player got caught in traffic. Wasn?t even Sandins stick in the middle of the fray.

No terrible call. Sandin didn't deserve a penalty. What a game tho. Fast paced. Kappy has looked good tonight.
 
Andersen struggles with those shots down the right hand side.  Gotta make that save.

Leafs dominating and are losing.
