Coaching and management changes around the league

SC has its own issues, but Bisonette is pretty right here in terms of the crux of the message. There was more that happened that didn't make it to public consumption.

The uh, methodology prescribed at the end there is not helpful though; again, SC has their issues too.

I hope they apply the same methodology if they find out about younger players being bullied in the dressing room by veteran teammates.

For the precis of what they discussed (if you aren't interested in the pod; I'm not but I think I'll have to pip in on this one, sheesh).

This is all, in a legal sense, hearsay, second-hand information. Because of the sheer volume and level of creativity required to conjure these anecdotes, it strains credulity to say Babcock is just misunderstood or that SC folks are blowing things out of proportion. Even this tip of the iceberg is next level awful, just south of discriminatory.

Anyway, apropos of nothing, back in 2017-18 Mitch Marner needed to draw :) and a reference to his dog to remind himself to have fun on the ice. Auston Matthews followed suit.

I just don?t get, after the issues you had in your prior job, then sitting without a similar role for 3 years, why you would do ANYTHING that could even be seen as slightly questionable or even open to being misconstrued in the slightest.

You?d be going out to be cleaner than clean, surely.

Babs never thought he did anything wrong and has never apologized. Even in this case...nothing in his statement.  A terrible human

Hopefully Columbus is able to get past this quickly because I think they've got a pretty exciting team there. Nice mix between in their prime stars like Gaudreau, Werenski, and Laine and future stars like Fantilli, Johnson, and Jiricek (if he plays, which is probably more likely without Babcock). They would need a very, very good goalie dice roll from Merzlikins to have a shot at the playoffs but regardless should be a fun team.

But Zach Hyman scored a hat trick

Ken Holland is a fossil, why the hell they gave him that job is still far beyond me. The franchise reminds me of the Ballard days. Disfunctional.

Knoblauch is McDavid?s Junior Coach from the Erie Otters.

Can't be an Oilers management move without hiring a player from the 80s without any actual experience.

That organization is so incestuous

It's crazy how much nepotism has gone on with that team since the 80's.

Isn't Holland at the end of his deal as well? If they don't resign Holland is there really any point to a mid season change?

C'mon you're just imagining things. After Ken Holland the GM will be Andy Moog with assistance from Jari Kurri
