4th line goal?  On the cycle?

*edit: Busta beat me to it

Franson deserves a lot of credit on that for keeping it in and getting it on net quickly.

A goal from the 4th line? And off the cycle and through forcing turnovers? What kind of sorcery is this?

And after a nice sequence where Kulimen maintained possession and almost set something decent up. Hard-work depth scoring is one of the few things that seems to be improving over the last little bit.

When Rielly/Gardiner get control on the PP I'd like to see them drive toward the net instead of looking for a point shot.

Has anyone else been very impressed with Peter Holland's skating? I think he skates like a star.

His skating is very good, but, another thing I've noticed with him is that he's very rarely stationary. He's one of the few Leafs forwards that seems to always be in motion and always pushing the pace and being aggressive in both ends.

I don't want to jinx anything, but I think he's got top line center written all over him. I noticed it from the first time I saw him play for the Leafs.

I think he's very underrated defensively. He always seem to be backchecking and in position down low. We've got a keeper here.
