If this indeed happens, which is completely plausible, it better be part of a full house cleaning of management. The coach can be used as the scapegoat for their ineptitude only so many times. And Katz seems like a completely out-of-touch owner.

I'm sure they'll probably just bring Craig MacTavish back as coach. The Oilers management team is hilariously inbred...much like Winnipeg where they brought an AHL organization to play with the big boys in the NHL. It's a different ball-game.
