Game 15: Sens @ Leafs - 7:00pm, CBC

Carlyle tweaked the lines a little bit for tonight:

JVR-Bozak-Kessel
McClement-Grabovski-Kulemin
MacArthur-Kadri-Komarov
Brown-Steckel-Orr

MacArthur really needs to step up offensively when he's not on the Grabovski line. Grabs and Kulemin still have the excuse of playing more of a defensive role, but when MacArthur is with Kadri he needs to produce.

I really don't get the insistence on keeping the first line intact, particularly since it has been pretty brutal at times. I'd love to see:

Grabs, Kessel, Kulemin
Kadri, JVR, Komarov
Bozak Mclement MacArthur
4th

I just heard that there is a pre-game ceremony. Leafs will lose simply because they always come out flat after pre-game ceremonies. When will MLSE stop this and just play hockey??

I am willing to bet that the Maple Leafs have the longest aggregate pregame ceremonies of any pro sports team.  I guess I don't know why they think they are necessary in such frequency.

I still hate Ottawa; my childhood was shaped by the Battle of Ontario, I still like to see the Leafs beat the Sens more so than most teams.

Excited for the game.

Oh man, not again. Leafs almost always lose before pre-game ceremonies and that goes back long before the Sundin night debauchery last season. Either way, I still have a good feeling about tonight. The Senators are hobbled and vulnerable, the Leafs are angry after playing so pitifully on Thursday, and they're at home on HNIC. Time to steam-roll Ottawa.

I think Montreal actually holds that title, but yeah, the Leafs tend to have a few things drag on way too long.

I think you mean "debacle."  Although "debauchery" is correct in the sense that the fans got screwed royally that night by our "effort."  :) :o

Just answered my question:

JVR-Bozak-Kessel
Komarov-Grabovski-Kulemin
MacArthur-Kadri-Orr
McLaren-McClement-Brown

... ok then...

Orr is skating with Kadri and Mac?  That is just idiotic.  Connolly could be in that spot.
