Really weak on the puck there - let them into the slot without a check.

2 on 4 and we leave a guy wide open.

Say something positive.  3-0-1 on the year and not a single positive post yet.  I know you can do it!  It feels good!

The competition was really weak:  Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary all at the bottom of the league and Toronto barely won.

I don't dislike Dupuis, but he doesn't look as if he's ever going to score. Brent/Crabb/Boyce all looked more dangerous offensively (though none were centers).

Brent and Boyce were both centres. Boyce played a little wing, but it was their primary position.

Couldn't remember exactly. Not sure why Dupuis is a better option than Brent (3 pts so far this season).

Tbh, Brent/Boyce didn't show much offense and Crabb had some time with Kessel. I thought Dupuis had some chances, but we're not going to see the fourth line score a tonne of goals regardless.

I haven't seen a replay, but come on, Komisarek did not hold him.

I'm sure they'll show a replay after the break, unless of course they found some stupid footage from the pre-game skate to show.

If they'd lost, everyone would be on them.

If they win, still on them because they didn't win decisively enough.

I'm way behind on PVR right now, but man that play by Kessel on the Lupul goal was sick.

NO WAY HE GETS PICKED LAST AT THE ALL-STAR GAME THIS YEAR. No way!

Is it worth putting Gustavsson in tonight?

Might shake the team up and get him warmed up before tomorrow...

Well, they didn't win decisively and it was against very weak competition.  Winning by a goal against Ottawa just isn't that good.  If it was a 6-5 win vs. Detroit or Philly or Washington, I'd be more impressed.
