Game 5 - Jets @ Leafs - Wednesday Oct 19th 2011 - 19:30 EST - TSN 4-2 Win

Hey my buddy Potvin who else would diss me. Have you liked anything tonight besides the Kessel line. Not much else. I like the teams direction but still see some tendencies and don't know why we can't shake some of them. There u go another PP goal against. We still need some pieces but it's frustrating seeing the same problems. Is it that hard to improve on any of them. PK and PP stink and our defensive zone coverage hasn't gotten any better. 3 things that will keep us out of the playoffs again if they don't improve.

Man, gotta wonder how short Wilsons leash is. Yes its looking like only two losses in 5 games but this team is playing with no discernable system in sight.

I don't wish Armstrong any harm, but the initial report didn't sound good. One good thing is that it might allow Kadri to get back into the line-up (unless of course Connolly returns first). While Frattin is certainly a more complete player at this point and always will be, I think this line-up could use Kadri's skill right now more than that.

This has been a terrible effort tonight. They are getting outskated and losing every battle for the puck.

Special teams continues to plague this team.

That's what baffles me. It's like the Grabbo line forgot how to play hockey and the other lines are just trying to weather the storm.

He'll get an extension mark my words.
