Which 25 year old will the Leafs draft with that 6th rounder?
hockeyfan1 said:Best of luck to Holland in Arizona. Perhaps he can contribute on a consistent basis, unlike his time here as a Leaf. He has an opportunity to restart his career.
The Leafs get something -- a conditional 6th Round pick (provided Holland doesn't get traded from the 'Yotes, in which there are no guarantees that won't happen otherwise the Leafs return is nil), and, the bigger plus is that the Leafs have freed up cap space, which works well for them.

But playing with player with skill would help with that... Martin sucks.

It costs to be the best. I've been through Arizona on a train (for what it's worth) and I know which one I prefer. I may be biased however.
I just sold a 3br townhouse for $1.352m. We bought it 9 years ago for $580k.
My kids won't be able to buy property when they're old enough but hey, swings and roundabouts.
