Timmins has been awful so far

I missed the first 12 minutes or so but he's not the only one giving the puck away in our end. Lucky they aren't trailing.Too many giveaways and poor clearances.

Islanders are selling out on an aggressive forecheck. If we can slip past that first wave, we are clear to attack. Just gotta move it quickly and firmly.

The Leafs are doing neither.  They are not giving good outlet opportunities by leaking the forwards up ice too much and are taking too long getting the puck moving forward.  They keep retreating in the defensive zone.  Playing right into their style of play

I never feel at ease with him in the net. Something about his style and movement that any time the puck is in the Leaf end you hope we don't give up anything.

They're half asleep. Islanders are playing at a higher tempo - forechecking hard. Leafs are casually moving the puck in their own zone. This is so true: "gotta move it quickly and firmly"
