my son is a chef and injured his shoulder in a kitchen fall, its acute tendinitis, minimum 8 weeks off work. Shoulders are always a problem in healing. I know as well cause I broke my shoulder about 10 years ago and it took forever to heal.

Hope Mr. Powers heals very soon however.
