Mind you, it will be a big boost (again) when he eventually returns. Perhaps the timing of his return will coincide with a bit of a playoff run, when the team needs that extra jolt to put them over the top?
Now THAT'S how you blow right past half-full and see the glass as 300% full.

Hey. I'm always positive in the morning. It starts to fade as the day goes along.
Have you tried placing yourself in geosynchronous orbit so that it's always morning?  :D :D

No. Does it hurt? I mean, getting that close to the sun?

Not as long as you have Orr and McLaren with you to keep it honest.

I've been off the grid for a couple of days. So, there's a chance this injury isn't so bad I guess.  :-\

I don't think we should get our hopes too high. Coaches, I think, generally play injuries down right after the game.

I thought he was favouring his neck area when he returned to the bench, so I am really hoping it's only a pain in the neck resulting in him missing a few games, as compared to a concussion which means he could be out for a while.  Other factor to consider is for him and any other player is once the player receives their first concussion,  it becomes easier to receive subsequent concussions.

I just hope he isn't out long.

If you watch the clip of him talking on the bench after the hit it looks like he is really struggling to find his words. Hopefully he can make it back for the playoffs at least.

Hopefully they're just erring on the side of caution today. Im guessing we won't find out much more from Carlyle after practise.

Joffrey Lupul is not practicing today.  Will await further update from Randy Carlyle following practice.

Carlyle says Lupul is day to day and won't call the injury concussion.

Called the stalling last night.

It's just a matter of time before we hear about his 'concussion-like symptoms' which are not a concussion.

Carlyle said he went for an evaluation this morning, didn't sound like he had the results.

Do you want him to call it a concussion before he knows its a concussion?

Pff who needs evaluation, or a medical license, to diagnose a concussion?

I think we need to call in Dr. Mark Recchi here.

I did a pretty good job on Kevin Ware.
