Leafs 2012/2013 Schedule in 10 game chunks

It's not looking good, but it is a deep draft this year correct? Hopefully if we are out by the deadline, Nonis can trade a couple guys for a few extra picks in the upcoming draft.

That's the rumor.  All I know is the top 2 are supposedly franchise type players, MacKinnon and Jones.

4 wins already, and I called 2-7-1.  If this team can beat Boston, I'll be fully onboard the bandwagon.

Bump.  I updated the first post in this thread to reflect next set of 10 games which starts this Thursday.  Once the first set of 10 is done I'll copy/paste the results and schedule into the latest post in this thread.

6 and 4 would be a nice start, with the teams we played.

That is an insane first 10 games.  If we go at least 5-5 which will be all but impossible we may just make the playoffs.

Have to say all in all, those first 10 games were a success given the competition.

I don't know if it should be either. Obviously it's not the point winning percentage of a playoff team most years but they had quite a few games against good teams and won their share.

I mean, 8th or higher or as close to 15th as possible, right? 5-5 doesn't put us in good standing for either, right? That said, I refuse to cheer against this team until the math makes the playoffs impossible.

Looking at this next block of games, at least 6 wins is attainable.

Optimistically, I'll say 6-2-2.

We had 2 wins against Caps in the first 10 games though.  Caps look even worse than the Leafs.  The wins that impressed me were against Pens and Sabres.  Pens because they're a good team and Sabres because they usually play the Leafs tough.
