How beautiful is all that green?  The birds are singing, the sun is shining, Nylander is signed.  Let's keep this train a-rolling

Nylander's earliest point of entry into game action is likely Saturday in Boston (probably helps get fair weather fans back on board with Willy). Chara and Bergeron are both still out until at least mid/late-December. I expect Boston to still target the Tavares-Marner line as their primary check, at least for the first half of the game.

We're officially entering uncharted territory here.  First 2 chunks were 7-3 both, Leafs are 6-2 currently in the 3rd chunk.  I can't ever remember a start to the season quite like this.

Last year:
7-3
6-4
6-3-1
4-5-1
4-3-3
8-2
6-2-2
7-3
1-1

So after 30 games last year Leafs had 19 wins, they're already at 20 now with 2 games left before 30.  It didn't start to get un-even until chunk 4, so we'll see if the Leafs can keep a >=6 wins per chunk going.
