Please, no. They rarely work and often end up with desperate teams shipping out high quality/high value pieces for much less than they should. I'm quite happy with Nonis not making any significant personnel moves and, quite frankly, because of the team's cap situation, it's not likely that he's going to be able to, thankfully.
