At this rate the question for Matthews isn't will he get to 50.  It's not even will he get to 75.  It's whether he gets his 75 without a hat trick.

Can he get 50 in less than 50 Leaf games? That would be something. Hasn?t happened in a team?s first 50 since 92. Hasn?t been done by anyone in their first 50 since 96.

40 goals better off than Sundin.

Currently on pace for 56 in 56.

If he has a really good third period he could catch Vaive

Nice work Arn... ;D

Sundin was probably the best Leaf in my time watching.

I think Matthews might be better.

And I love that Joe Thornton is a Leaf.

Arm, with the greatest of respect, I don?t think there can be any debate, at least anymore.  Sundin is an immortal but Matthews, I think, is Zeus.

Maybe someone needs to tell Morgan he?s a D man especially when the other team is all over his in his own end
So glad we have Brodie to save his add. There was one play where he was the last D back and he was going to join the rush..like what are you thinking?

I wonder what Sundin?s numbers would have been like if he played his first 300 games as a Leaf in this era rather than the trap era.

Well, there's that and then, as someone mentioned, there's Mitch Marner as opposed to Hoggie.

Agree with others? comments re: Rielly.  Also, I think this is the worst Holl has played this year.  Gotta tighten up and keep things simple in the third.

You mean the era where people were water skiing behind him or hanging off his shoulders?

Justin is probably having a crisis of self-confidence with the news the Babs is coming out of coaching purgatory.

Yes, that era.

Be sure to have the sports psychiatrist point out to him that Regina is a long, long way from Toronto

Babcock is going to have to change a few things at the university level.  Maybe it will make him a better person.

Bieska is so refreshing to listen to at intermission. Compared to the usual bland people they have the guy is a dynamo!

Haha. He'd probably have 20 by now. I think Matthews has the potential to be the one of best ever. Mats was awesome though.

What the heck was Bogosian doing trying to dangle all the way to the Montreal net from his own zone
