Leafs @ Islanders - Nov. 13th, 7:00pm - SN, Fan 590

Nylander didn't cover himself in glory on their first goal but with a few glaring exceptions he has played plenty hard.  Not physically, but hard.

As long as the compete is there at both ends of the ice I don't think there would be any complaints.

The Leafs have absolutely dominated puck possession and the period as a whole and draw not a single penalty

3rd line turned the puck over.  Babcock leaves them out there.  They turn it over again. And then Anderson pulls a Hutchinson.

This team is chicken shit.  2nd shot of the period.  There was no reason to leave the 3rd line out there.  And Anderson, what a brutal goal, that has to be a save 100/100 times.

I?m missing the game but just popping in for the usual

Can?t state enough how awful of a goal that was by Anderson. Leafs finally skating themselves out of a funk, one shot against and Anderson just misses it.  The goalies for the leafs never make a timely save.

Brutal.  Just a brutal way to end the period.  Full domination and then an egregious effort by Freddie and the 3rd line.
