Leafs @ Jets - Dec. 2nd, 7:30pm - SN, Fan 590

If a coach could finally harness the power of Ontario players scoring against the Leafs and transfer that into everyone else he'd win the Stanley Cup every year.

This might be a good opportunity to change some things up. Particularly the defence pairings. Split up Rielly and Hunwick, make room for Corrado somehow.

I think Sparks played well, considering the headless chicken defence in front of him. There was maybe only one goal he'd like to have back.

Hear hear.  It's time for Frankie Boy.

If an attacking player has been pushed, shoved, or fouled by a defending player so as to cause him to come into contact with the goalkeeper, such contact will not be deemed contact initiated by the attacking player for purposes of this rule, provided the attacking player has made a reasonable effort to avoid such contact.

Screw the Jets and their fans too.

Komarov forced to shave off his moustache and they lose.  Again this is a dumb rule (not that his scoring had anything to do with his facial hair).
Lou actually made him shave? That's hilarious

Well, Fish Bulb, it was a nice little run for a game there.

Yeah, though tonight's loss wasn't his fault, more Matsumura and Tamaribuchi.

Not his fault, no. He played well through 2, lost his composure a little in the 3rd, but with the way the team played as a whole, that didn't really matter much.

He's probably not going to win the Vezina though like I thought the other day.

Still, I'm a little disappointed he didn't maintain his stated promise of never giving up a goal.

Nope. Unfortunately, he's not the instant savior we all dreamed he would be.

That's alright. I've got a pretty good feeling about whatever goalie is currently playing for our ECHL affiliate. He's a keeper.
