And this. It?s like the leafs realized that constant stretch passes don?t work.

All the lines looked more balanced tonight. Thought Kappy did well. Hope he can keep it up.princedpw said:Zee said:I don't know what kind of magic potion the Gauthier line took but they've hemmed Dallas in their own zone multiple times this period
Also, this. Goat looks not terrible. Leivo looks ... good?
RedLeaf said:I?ve been a Leaf fan for 30 years and I?ve never seen this much offense. At this rate Matthews, Tavares, and Marner are going to be 1-2-3 in NHL scoring. I?ve said this enough times already this season , but if they can trade Nylander for a #1 or #2 defenseman this team is going to be SOLID!

Can Johnsson get back on the wing with the Goat? I have to believe he hasn't just forgotten how to play hockeyOldTimeHockey said:It's only a 1 game sample but I like what Gauthier brought last night more than what I saw Lindholm bring in the first 3 games.
Thing is you're talking 2 totally different lines. I def liked the 4th line last night and i liked Kadri's to.OldTimeHockey said:It's only a 1 game sample but I like what Gauthier brought last night more than what I saw Lindholm bring in the first 3 games.
The problem is can The Goat and the other 2 do that on the 4th line on a consistent basis? They had one really good game last night, let's see them carry that into multiple games.Guilt Trip said:Thing is you're talking 2 totally different lines. And consistency is the difference between an NHLer and a minor leaguer. I hope they can keep doing it.Zee said:The problem is can The Goat and the other 2 do that on the 4th line on a consistent basis? Ditto, totally agree, when Nylander is back, Kapi will be right wing or use Nylander there.OldTimeHockey said:Zee said:Can Johnsson get back on the wing with the Goat? Johnsson will be just fine. I actually see him eventually on the 3rd line with Kadri
