Lightning @ Leafs - Dec. 9th, 7:00pm - TSN4, TSN 1050

4th game in 6 nights for the Leafs. I think fatigue is playing a factor especially defence. Plus we're playing the defending champs with their Vezina goaltender. For all intents and purposes we should lose this game. Both teams have important guys out so that's a wash.

I forgot about the 4 in 6 angle.  That's a factor.

Add in the west trip, back for a game then back out again...could be what's up with Campbell as well..fatigue leads to mistakes.

Tavares is a complete and total beast.

And Liljegren doesn't need to sit anymore, ever.

He maybe deserved to sit one game when he sat but he was out far too long.  He is absolutely one of our 6 best defenseman when healthy

Woo hoo ..love the pinch by Liljegren..anyone else notice that Muzz is fine with Liljegren

Yes, he is.  Holl has been better with Rubins, too.

And tell me why Boston decided to let Kase leave? I know they didn't qualify him, but they could have easily signed him as a UFA...glad they didn't.

Only can think that they felt him too injury prone but I was thrilled with the signing.

But it's easy to put him on LTIR and they probably could have signed him to a similar deal...
And what a lousy penalty call there...weak

Well, that was marginal but Nylander did get away with one right before the goal.  If they can play this PK like the last one it'll be a heckuva finish.
