Lightning @ Leafs - Mar. 11th, 7:00pm - SNO, Fan 590

Leafs look a step behind, Millen mentioned something about the flu, could be why Kapanen is out and maybe affecting others who knows

Hyman missed practice for likely the same reason.

And coming off a grueling road trip, apparently.

At this point, I think it's appropriate to quote Owen Nolan.

Matthews coming up small, folks.

He hasn?t stepped up.  A lot of it can be attributed to Babcock I imagine.

It's an open question with him.  And not just him.  I think this playoffs will be really important to see just what they can bring when the real heat is on.

SHAME WORKS

For whatever reason the first game coming back from a west coast trip is tough. Add in they mentioned the flu bug going around the team and you have a recipe for failure I guess.

When was the last time Andersen gave up less than 2 goals in a game?
Stop before you start. You can't blame Freddie for either and last I checked its a team game.

Fine. But just for fun. Feb 4th was last time he gave up less than 2 goals.  Before that Dec 20th.  Andersen has been good this season. But you can bet the house that he will atleast give up 2 goals in a game.

The current average goals per game is 2.84. You can literally bet the house that EVERY goalie in the league will give up 2 goals in a game.
