Thinking one of 2 things here. Next year's All-Star game (this year's is in St. John's) or promo for the outdoor games vs Grand Rapids at Comerica Park as part of the Winter Classic. My money is on #2.

Eesh, looking at Burke's draft big/tough rather than skill approach is kind of ugly with the Marlies right now:

Brad Ross (2nd) + Tyler Biggs (1st) + Jamie Devane (3rd) = 2G 1A in 38 GP.

Brennan continues to have a standout season.

Forgot to mention McKegg, has 9 points in 15 games now.

Turns out the Marlies will be hosting Fjarestad of the SEL for a game in February.

Didn't expect to see that. Of note, Fjarestad will be the opposition for the AHL All-Stars this year.

Matt Finn signed to a three year entry level contract....

In his last three season he's gone from a .78, to 1.10, to a current 2 pts/g.
But what I can't even fathom is his plus/minus went from -72!!!, to -11, to +17.

2013-14 Regular Season Erie Otters 23 19 27 46 17 10
2012-13 Regular Season Erie Otters 63 28 41 69 -11 39
2011-12 Regular Season Erie Otters 68 25 28 53 -72 14

I watched the game on AHL live last night. He went pretty hard into the end boards I think. Slid in feet first and it looked like his right ankle or possibly knee took the worst of it.

Quite enjoyed the game though and there was a decent sized crowd in. Will they expect to get many in the ACC for the Boxing Day game?

Where the heck is Andrew MacWilliam?  He isn't even listed on the Leafs prospect list:
http://mapleleafs.nhl.com/club/roster.htm?srt=age&type=prospect

He only has played 18 games and see no injuries listed on the internet or any sports sites.

Where abouts is Kenny Ryan?  ???

He's got a case of the Lupuls. Was injured in training camp for awhile and then suffered another injury after returning. Story of his pro career so far really.
