Yeah. Except that it is the Finnish defence blocking or deflecting a lot of the shots - Canada has been effectively kept to the outside leaving few tough saves for Rask.

While I agree that Finland plays terrible hockey a lot better than the Leafs do, I'm really just commenting about the strategy of playing the entire game in your own end and scoring lucky goals. It's frustrating, and this frustration must be how other fans feel when their teams play the Leafs.

Getting a little concerned about this third period. Finns still getting the better chances even though they are rare.

That I will agree with.

I wonder if Finn fans have more confidence in their team than we do in the Leafs chances when they play that way?

Does that mean all in regulation, or does it include OT as the US did?

Canada has struggled to finish in all three games.  That is very concerning heading into the elimination round.

Also not winning in regulation puts them against a tougher opponent.  I haven't seen enough from this team to be convinced that they can beat the heavyweights at this point.

Any winner in regulation gets the first seed. Winner in OT or SO gets 3rd seed behind the US, I believe.
