The real question is how the loss of OV will affect WSH going forward. Because he won't be coming back. NONE of them will be coming back.

Russians are some of my favourite players, and I absolutely love their skill set, but it's always entertaining seeing them implode and collapse when it matters.

Not really a good comparison since Russia hasn't won a best-on-best men's tournament since 1981, while the Jr.'s have a recent history of winning their tournament.

Well, seeing how today's game turned out, I don't think there's any question that Canada paid a very high cost for not winning their last game in regulation.
