Just remember: We signed this guy to a 2 year deal after he was a healthy scratch for 1/4 of the year on Detroit.

Calling a guy a depth defenseman on a top NHL team isn't exactly a huge insult.  He was pretty awful as a Leaf, but Detroit still saw fit to play him in almost all their regular season games and playoff games in a Stanley Cup winning season two years before Toronto signed him.

not sure where Lebda will go from getting cut by an AHL team ...

You'd think they'd pick the last team he was on and call him former of that team.
