I live close enough to the arena that you can hear the goal horn.

I had changed the channel after the loss, and then I heard the goal horn, it was confusing.
 
Okay so of course people will be complaining about how Leafs have so few regulation wins, but here's the silver lining:

We want a team that knows how to be clutch in the playoffs instead of "shambles in our brains" in the playoffs. If nothing else, playing all this overtime is teaching them to be more locked in when everything is on the line.

I turned it off too but then saw what ppl were saying in the GDT so hightailed it back.

Of course they were aces in OT in R1 against Tampa.

I mean all that 3 on 3 overtime in the playoffs will be our time to shine.

Seriously though.  Close games aren't a bad thing.  The penalty kill has been much better getting reps
 
I didn't watch the shootout cause I hate them, but after brushing my teeth I checked the Score app and it said Florida won. Then my brother texts me 5 minutes later to say Gregor won it. I was so confused
 
What the hell? I'm just finding out now they won now! I already went through the five stages of grief for the night.

I have just found out now?..9:45 PST?.I too turned it off based on the comments here before I had caught up PVR wise?.
