That play right there, Gardiner misplaced a pass and his speed allowed him to recover and cover both Detroit attackers.
Kid should make the team, when I saw him paired with Komi I thought he might be the 'Markov' type partner Komi flourished with in Montreal.

That Boyce penalty was terrible from the refs.
Good PK work from Dupuis, he seems like he has excellent hockey sense which allows him to read the game very well.
