Honestly. What a rollercoaster of a game...of a series.
It's exhausting.
I think Toronto, after two periods, had three 5-on-5 shots. If you are going to tell me, ?Hey Coop, we are going to hold Toronto to three 5-on-5 shots in two periods of hockey?? Now, fact-check that, but I think that is what it was.

The Leafs only had 2 5-on-5 shots in the 1st period, which I mean is undeniable bad but they had 12 in the 2nd period (to Tampa's 8 ). I'm not really sure how he was so far off there.

Great puck control and pass by Tavares, and it was shocking that Rielly was left so open for so long. Rielly was hauled down from behind on the zone entry with no call, of course, as well.Bullfrog said:That Rielly goal was just vintage Tavares. He's got some moves.
If Cooper?s number were right, which it obviously isn?t, it would mean that Tampa gave up 15 shots when NOT 5-on-5 through two periods, which would be laughably bad.CarltonTheBear said:A comment from Cooper in his post-game address, courtesy of MLHS:

I love how there are some "one post" guys that ripped the team at 2-0 and then disappeared for the rest of the thread.
