R1, G6: Lightning vs. Maple Leafs - Apr. 29th, 7:00pm - CBC, TSN 1050

When they showed the full highlight of that goal, man Knies made 2 great plays along the boards there and a couple of great passes.

G7 seems inevitable but I am going to go way out on a limb and predict a Leafs win tonight.  I think they'll get their attack going.

Oh yeah, I'm going to dine off this for awhile
Haha...I changed it up tonight.  Different shirt and pants. If they lost the beard was coming off for game 7...glad it doesn't need to now. The wife, not so happy lol.
Let's hope this makes them even hungrier going forward.
I hope Florida wins it tomorrow so we can laugh at the best team choking. I think the Leafs can beat either team.

I might even shower tomorrow.

I love John Cooper quotes
What a smug jerk

Three OT games and the Leafs legit stole two wins from Tampa.  He wasn't wrong.  Tampa put up a good fight.

Knies is a stud.  Rielly is a stud who steps up in the postseason.  Matthews has arguably his best game tonight.  Dangerous all night.

Bunting had a solid effort.

Not to kick TB when they're down, but that massive overpayment deadline deal for Jeanneaut will have to go down as one of the worst in cap era history.

Jon, how many NHL teams that give up 3.83 goals average per game deserve to win the series?

Cooper after game 4:
"If you look at the big picture, we did a ton of good things. We scored enough goals to win.

In the end, you have to keep them out of your net. You can?t be giving up this number of goals. I don?t care if it is regular season or playoffs especially."

This is the first time my oldest son, who is 18, has seen the Leafs go into the second round.  The last year before he starts university.  Just crazy.

Also Tavares ended the Islanders drought as well

Tampa is still a very good team.

Injuries are obviously a part of the game.
I believe as some good NHL GMs did, that injuries are a factor in how far some teams can go.
Tampa losing Cernak, a top 4 dman for them this year, hurt them.
Leafs appear to have got through this first round in good shape.

No way, a 25+ goals, 100+PIMs annually.
