Meanwhile Robertson keeps getting f'd. If I was him I'd ask for a trade.

He's scored like 1 goal in the last umpteen games, if I'm not mistaken.  He's been OK, not spectacular.  I personally think he's just too small to ever really make it.

He was 6th in points produced at 5v5 per 60. He was 5th in goals produced at 5v5 per 60 and he doesn't play with Matthews Marner Nylander and just started with JT.  So he's out produced Knies, Bert, Jarnkrok with worse linemates

Ya but he's not the only one like GT has stated. Bertuzzi has scored as many goals in the last 2 weeks than he had all season and only 4 more than Nick with more games, ice time and better linemates. Robertson just seems to be the one who seems to get the shaft and it's not only this season. I personally think it must be hard for his confidence when he seems to be the odd man out all the time.

Leafs took the easy way out as they should here. Had he not been waiver exempt, Gregor would be the guy. Leafs are taking advantage and they should. Keefe knows what he has in him and will be a good depth piece should they need him.  What makes me laugh is the people that say trade him instead of keeping him as a depth forward.

I just feel bad for the kid.It must be frustrating for him. I don't want him traded because I think he can be an effective player if he can avoid the injuries but comes a time when he's going to have had enough.

Leafs need an upgrade at 2/3C. Domi is not good enough defensively and that line will get killed in the playoffs.
