You're spot on. They even decided to pass it into the net, haha.

Jarkrok handles the zone entries for PP2, he theoretically can provide transition play for that line.
 
Watching this game and switching to the Detroit Lions NFL playoff game.  Announcer just said Detroit has one playoff win in the last 65 seasons. Not a lions fan but as a Leaf fan I?m pulling for these fans

Yes Jarnkrok does PP2 entries. But the man is allergic to having the puck on his stick at 5v5 for more than 1s. Tavares loves to carry (into a 1v3+ crowd) but his diminishing wheels have made this a liability for 3 seasons now (papered over by Nylander). Fortunately the wingers are (2nd tier) breakaway threats.

Marner is an underrated scorer. Not shooter, but he knows how to pick open nets, be it his own or sending in alley-oops.

When you miss and give a tap on goal I'm going to blame him for it.  The move wasn't terrible given it was a breakaway with the defender not having a stick but he wasn't close to stopping that and took himself clean out of the play
 
Marners annoyed me a lot of this year bur sometimes Mitch makes everyone on the ice look pretty silly.
