I can't decide if she's genuine...... first day on the job duh question? or setting him up for a fun answer knowing damn well he's got some big OT goals in recent history.

She's apparently been a reporter for years and was actually at all the games Kane scored his playoff OT goals in. She said she was just trying to get him to talk about the other OT goals but the way she framed the question was obviously poor.

*mind blown*

Saw same and couldn't believe it!  Definitely 'creepy'!

It's even more detailed than that graphic can show.  In game 3, the Blues outshot both opponents by 9 shots exactly, despite the shut-out.  Both times.

In game 4, the Blues blew a 3-2 lead in the 3rd period.  Both times.

And in game 5, the Alex Peterangelo scored the game-tying goal, in the 3rd period, his first of the playoffs, assisted by  Jaden Schwartz.  Both times.

O_o'

Well, Blues are down 4-1 and are 10 minutes away from elimination. Really thought they could have gone deep. It'll be interesting to see what they do with their goalies next season. I doubt they bring Miller back. They probably feel that Jake Allen is ready for NHL action, but finding a goalie to platoon with him might be difficult. Not sure Brian Elliott, who is also an UFA, is that guy.

Hard to believe their season will end in round one but, I suppose, we'd be saying that about the Blackhawks if they'd lost. I think both teams are better than the teams in the Stars-Ducks and Avs-Wild series but I guess that's the bounces.

Woah, woah, woah. CBC just said that Hitchcock's contract is up and he hasn't been re-uped yet? Go Blackhawks!

Just a question for anyone. With all that weight on Hitch can he skate wiht team? Or does he coach practice via his assistants?

I don't think any head coach skates all that aggressively at practice, so, I imagine Hitch is okay.
