If I'm a high revenue club and the cap floor is reduced, and reduced significantly, I'm looking for some type of concession.

These small market clubs pushed for this floor while hampering the big market clubs ability to spend, and now they want it further lowered?  What's in it for the big guys?

Well, the cap will still be based on league revenues, so, if the floor goes down, that would mean the ceiling would be raised. It would also likely mean revenue sharing would be altered.
