Let's not dissect things too much to the point of becoming delusional. You'll only be setting your \self up for disappointment. There's a severe talent discrepancy here. If Cleveland doesn't completely sweep the Raptors, they might lose one game in this series at worst. Realistically, the Raptors should have taken care of Indiana 4-2 and Miami 4-1, instead they just barely won both series. The Thunder beating the Spurs was a bit of a surprise, but OKC has two of the best in the game and they've been a championship contender for several years.
When it became clear that this team would win 50+ games and secure the 2nd seed, anything below an ECF appearance at that point should have been a disappointment. Nevertheless, despite the unimpressive way in which they did it, this is a moment that Raptors fans should cherish and be proud of their team. It will be an intriguing off-season that's for sure. I'm not fond of the lack of ball movement, Casey's strategies late in games and DeRozan's shooting but hopefully Masai will find a way to build on this success.
